Good to know

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins - on Get Online that's £247.50. Your project is scheduled once the deposit clears.
  • The remaining 50% is payable before your site goes live.
  • Standard first-year domain registration is included when we register the domain for you, subject to availability and normal registration pricing.
  • Premium domains, or domains bought from an existing owner, are quoted separately.
  • Standard domain renewal stays included for as long as you're on any care plan. Premium renewal costs aren't covered.
  • Cancellations and refunds are handled under our project terms.
